Production-grade injection molds cut, hardened, and fitted under our own roof — from single-cavity structural tools to multi-cavity family molds with hydraulic slides, angled lifters, and hot-runner manifolds. Hardened P20, H13, and S136 steels machined to ±0.01 mm, spotted and validated before production hand-off.

Severe packaging constraints made the part geometry impossible for conventional tooling. Through original mold-structure design, several slides and hydraulic cylinders fire in a precise, sequenced motion at mold-open to release the part. We've since tooled six engine variants and remain the program's only qualified manufacturer worldwide.
